Cynthia Bourbeau has worked as a Massachusetts registered nurse specialist, certified rehabilitation nurse, certified nurse case manager and certified nurse life care planner nearly four decades. She leads MLCC professionals in providing case management services throughout the Northeastern region, and nurse consultants who provide consulting and professional services throughout the United States and internationally.

Cynthia is a member of the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses and a member of the Case Management Society of America. In 2001, she became certified as a life care planner and formed Medical and Life Care Consulting Services. She has been an active member of the American Association of Nurse Life Care Planners (AANLCP®) since 2001 and is presently a Board Member of the CNLCP® Certification Board. Her membership with the International Association of Rehab Partners is ongoing.
