Our Return-to-Work services focus on working with the insured to assist with identifying a suitable RTW goal and plan together. Our vocational counselors provide adjustment counseling to insureds and support reintegration and sustainable new employment. As needed, we can conduct detailed, onsite or remote job analyses to evaluate the material and substantial duties, physical/cognitive demands, workstations, and physical environments.
Our ergonomic evaluations assess posture, repetition, and workstation design to identify risk factors and opportunities for modification. These findings help determine whether reasonable accommodations, ergonomic adjustments, or modified duty options can facilitate a successful return to work while minimizing reinjury risk.
